Because our garments are lovingly made to order, we accept exchanges or returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in its original condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in a resaleable condition.

To request an exchange or return, please email hello@solutuslifestyle.com
with your order number and the reason for your return. Once approved, the item can be sent back to us or returned to our studio in Woodstock, Cape Town. Return courier costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your exchange, replacement, or store credit. Please allow up to 8 days for the return to be reviewed and completed.
